Returns Policy


We want you to be delighted with your purchase and offer a ‘no quibble’ returns policy.

If you have selected the wrong part or you find that you simply don’t need it then please return it to us within 7 (seven) days of purchase together with your original receipt/email. Goods returned must be complete, in perfect condition and with no damage either to the goods themselves or the packaging. We regret that any goods returned which are not in a resalable condition cannot be credited.

Special order goods which are supplied correctly, not required and subsequently returned may incur a handling charge.

If the part you return is incorrect and you require a replacement then we will endeavour to exchange it for the correct part straight away. You will be liable for any difference in price between the returned part and the replacement. If the replacement part is cheaper than the original then we will refund your credit card/Paypal account with the difference.

If you simply do not require the part(s) ordered then we will refund your account with the full price paid.

If the product you have purchased carries an exchange surcharge then we will refund this surcharge when the old unit is returned in a clean and acceptable condition in the box that the new unit was supplied in together with the original (or a copy of) your invoice.

Reasons for refusal of surcharge credits are:

1. Unit is physically damaged
2. Unit is incomplete or dismantled
3. Unit is not the same as the one supplied
4. The unit is very dirty/oily

After the unit is accepted for credit we will refund the cost of your surcharge to your credit card/Paypal account.
